Nimbus Kitchen's sales materials were comprehensive but overwhelming — leading to long sales cycles, repeated follow-up calls, and customer confusion. I redesigned and rebuilt the entire sales experience as an interactive, mobile-first portal on Squarespace.

The process involved discovery sessions with the sales team, customer feedback analysis, content mapping, wireframing, and iterative testing with internal stakeholders. The final portal restructured information by customer type rather than product category, integrated virtual tours and floorplans, and made documentation resources — including Department of Health and Agriculture guides — accessible in one place.

The result was a faster, clearer path from discovery to decision for potential customers, and fewer friction points for the sales team.
